thanks tracey and paulette. i will keep flushing every 2 weeks or so.

tracey, i just tried the salt water to help pass everything. i cannot say whether it is effective as Epsom Salts , i honestly think not.

i know that i cannot have Epsom Salts after the first experience. nothing should make me feel that sick if my body is okay with it.

i've never heard of the rootbeer flush. i'll have to search for that.
