My Epsom Salts were taken in WATER only. I had read somewhere that it worked better this way. And after my last 2 flushes with it in water only, I now agree. Can't remember who wrote it, but thanks for the advice.
I wish you luck also. It was hard for me to keep on going, as I am the sort of person that gives up very easily, too easily actually.
So don't give up, just keep on flushing, and like me you will succeed.
I feel so much better than I did 6 months ago.
Tho I think it will take at least another 6 months to rid me of all my stones. But my digestive system is working heaps better already.
But I am taking it slow and easy, and am in for the long haul.
Good luck Rain and everyone else who is having trouble seeing their elusive stones. It is worth the wait.
