I sat enthralled while reading your post...mmmm mmmm! I love the details...you painted a real picture for all of us...I was right there through all of it! (you sleeping turnip, you!) I don't think I'll ever get the image of - hand in toilet while a shaft of sunshine steams in and robin sings - out of my head. Nice juxtaposition!

Yes...that is one thing that we of the western diet don't get enough of....those bitter greens.
