Re: Vomiting on first flush!

Hi Rain..yes we all live and learn! The very first time I tried the Liver Flush it was awful! I was soooo excited, did everything correctly (except back then - in the fall - I was chronically dehydrated and didn't even know it! I would go DAYS without drinking water because I never really liked drinking water! My how things have changed! Now I keep a wine bottle filled with warm water by my side all the time and just mindlessly drink from it - yay!)

Anyway...my first experience (that I don't even count because I didnt' end up taking the olive oil mixture)...was that after about an hour of taking the first epsom drink I got a HUGE headache. I mean HUGE. It was unbearable...after the 2nd ES drink I thought I was going to die. I couldn't imagine going through the whole night like that...so I aborted the flush and ate something...which I promptly threw up. It didn't even occur to me I was dehydrated!! Now I know better....phew.

So...yes, I totally know!

Glad you're going back in there! Let us know how the cleanses go - and what brand...people want to know about how the various cleanses work for others...(bowel forum!)
