What, in God's name, should we expect?

The "war on drugs" has opened much of the U.S. military arsenal
to local PDs for pennies on the dollar.

PDs recruit from the multitude of ex-military policemen and the
infantry (ground pounders.) Now, whom do you think scores "lowest"
on the military entrance exams... Missile techs and radar repairmen?

Now, add to this mass of intellect, the confiscatory laws related to
illegal drug distribution.

Talk about a prize winning recipe for anarchy!
