Contempt for America is not limited to a few Islamic states - we are
hated by the entire universe. We have the gold and military power,
but neither attribute creates the trust and support defined by
"friendship." We will suffer greatly from Terrorism but, also, from
the acts of omission from our friends - subtle but deadly and costly
acts of omission. You don't walk up to a bully and and twist his
nose... you put Sugar in his gas tank.
