Talking about not claimed - how about the $4 million in puts\calls
that was made in the stock market resultant from 9\11 that was never
collected. SEC and U.S. intelligence won't identify the party.
Do you ever read about it? One individual - $4 million. What is
that amount as compared to a Bechtal subcontract. That is less than their
last fine for screwing the government. That's how Congress smoothes
the way for corporate America - the laws are written to minimize
the cost of fines relative to the size of contract profits. So
Bechtel make 12% instead of 13%.
