i think i'm gonna' be sick. but there's a silver lining - i think; if it truly is 7 years after ratification, that puts us into at least 2010, given it'll pass THIS year, so bush will no longer be in office. however, i guess nothing could stop him from running again... thanks, wiz. you really are.
