In numerology, each letter is assigned a numeric value, beginning with 1 and returning to 1 after 9. So, A = 1, B = 2, C = 3, D = 4, E = 5, F = 6, G = 7, H = 8, I = 9, J = 1, K = 2, etc.

The word "FOX" is thus "666", in numerology. More interestingly, the numbers for vowels are written above the word, with consonants depicted below, so FOX really turns out to be
