I really need help as I want to start the cleansing program asap. I have problems with acne,fatigue and backache so I know that I must do the cleanses. But I have problems to start, I live in Indonesia, many sources of products are not available, and also I can't surfing the internet all the time or everyday so I can't read all the message in the forums. I wish to start the cleanse program asap, but I need some tips, please help.
Can you give me a suggestion about each options for each type of cleanse that's cost effective, easy to purchase, and efficient? I have difficulty to find the products needed for the cleanse (even maple syrup is hard to find), and you know that I don't earn money as much as foreigners, so I really must consider about the cost.
