Hi Janaki, thanks for the links, they do contain real important info, good questions to ask.
I have been involved with yoga for over 25 years. I don't teach it, but am deeply committed to it. I have incorporated various yogic principles and techniques in my practice as a psychotheraphist.
janaki is sanskrit, is it your spiritual name? I assume you have a strong connection to yoga as well?
