i've been feeling ick again for the last 2 days. all was going well but i guess i had more die off.
today i stopped the shakes for a day and had some very ripe, juicy pinapple! i cut it up with some strawberries and a banana and ate that along with my greens shake (which had yoghurt in it).
i feel so much better - the mucos is not there at all.
pinapple has a digestive enzyme called bromelin...pretty powerful stuff so rinse your mouth after you eat a lot of it. waste not the peel as it's best applied to your skin - it removes the dead skin cells and makes it baby smooth! rinse off right away if you have sensitive skin.
and make sure the pinapple is ripe (yellow inside)! enjoy!
