hi, i've never had problems with dairy products, and i only consume them at very small amounts. when i cleanse they are almost non existant if not totally gone from my diet. for me the big no no when i cleanse is grain. wheat especially since i am also dealing with pesky candida...it's in my gut partying hard...and i have a feeling it's stuck really well to my intestinal walls. i've seen the tip of the iceberg come out. yuck.
thanks for your advice tho. i think i will try taking some cayenne pepper to dry things out a bit. i've heard that milk curd...i have an east indian recipe from a woman who healed herself with dairy...is really good tho. you boil milk and add lemon. it curdles. you collect that and eat it with Sea Salt . it's very healing and does me wonders...also making your own yoghurt is very beneficial. but like all things, don't overdo...and for those that have lactose issues stay away till the flora in the gut recovers! too bad organic milk is so expensive tho...
