colonic : how far into the bcleanse?

i was wondering how far into the Bowel Cleanse should i get a colonic done. a week? more? what would be more effective without doing too many treatments? i don't have a lot of funds and don't like my bottom probed by a stranger...sorry about the description..lol. seriously tho. what is the best time. what is the best time of day too?
