Enema and Holistic Horizon program

I forgot in my last post to tell you that I really recommend to do an enema.
When people recommended it to me I thought it was very crazy and I refused at the beginning.
One day I was very constipated and feeling terrible I decided to try.
I felt such a relief now I wonder why I did not do that earlier.

What I do is very easy. I have a bag. You can find it at any pharmacy.

I have also distilled water: no chlorinated water.

I put two cups in the bag. I hang the bag no too high. Insert very carefully in the anus and release the water very slowly.
Wait as much as you can and then go to the toilet.

Repeat the procedure two more times.

It is really good and is helping me to get rid of mucoid plaque.
However I do not do this every day. I do when I feel very bloated. But I recommend you to do this soon, and then follow Holistic Horizons program.
