hi tracey and everyone. first of all, thank you for being here in cyberspace with me!

well, i'm starting the Dr. Schulze IF#2 cleanse today. i called the american botanical pharmacy today (his order line), and spoke to a rep there. here's what i've learned:

i was concerned about whether to start it while fasting. i'm told its okay, just to use the IF#1 along with it. apparently the Bentonite will be pulling gunk off the intestinal walls, and the psyllium, pectin etc. will be scrubbing it though. this should be enough "stuff" to get things moving out! i'm going to increase my usual dose of IF#1 from one capsule to two (this is the formula with the cathartic herbs in it) and we'll see what happens!

for any dr. schulz-ies out there, i'm doing the morning superfood drink, at least 1 quart of fresh veg. juice, another superfood in the afternoon & lots of water and herbal teas. i will keep posting with updates, its a five day program...
