Energizing Compost Water for Gardens

I have had a lot of luck with the energized water for myself. I keep a 55 gallon barrel of water with compost to feed my tomatoes, etc. I wonder if I could simply take some jumper cables and my car's battery and energize the whole barrel at once. I have read with interest of Parhat's experiments and want to uses energized water where possible.

Any opinions? Anyone?
