colon cleanse

I have been taking the formula #1 for 4 days now. I feel sick! I also have great pain on my left side. Has anyone else felt like this? I read that you could have abdominal cramping but this seems extreme. I just want to make sure I made the right decision with this product. HELP! Tweet
