healing ulcerative coilits

I want to do some bowel & Liver Cleansing but am afraid that the herbal approach will aggrivate my ulcerative colitis. I'm off all drugs, using nerve and kidney tinctures, slippery elm, marshmellow,liqourice powders and your superfood plus juices and blended salads.
However I feel really congested and know I need to clean out these organs in particular.
I'm not bleeding much and am slightly constipated(going once daily), so Bentonite on its own would probably further constipate me?
What about psyllium & Bentonite or the use of colemas as Dr Jensen suggested?

A kinesiologist(HK)said apples weren't agreeable and my feeling is that fruit isn't generally at this point so don't know how to do liver cleansing.

PLEASE HELP I'M CONFUSED
