Dr Schultz,
I managed to order 3 sets of IF#1 (with superfood and echineacia) and 2 sets of IF#2. I've started on IF#1, i'm up to 8 capsules after dinner but still not going toilet regularly.

I guess I'll keep increasing the capsule every night until I'm going toilet regularly. I take the superfood and echineacia daily too.
