abnormal cervical cells, HPV, and cervical cancer

Hi,
A couple of months ago, I was at the doctor where my annual pap smear they found high-grade abnormal epitheleal cells. I just recently under-went a colposcopy and 4 biopsies of the cervical tissue. I'm not to receive the results for another two weeks. I want to cleanse my body of the HPV virus and hopefully prevent cervical cancer. I noticed that under the "list of ailments" there is cervical infections, cancer, and virus. Which of these should I follow? Also, what else can I do to prevent a recurrence?
