hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's

Hi,

I just found out that I have hypothryoidism. It may be Hashimoto's, and I am being tested for this today. I also have fairly bad allergies (hayfever and multiple chemical sensitivities) and candida, and a high cholelsterol to go along with the hypothryoidism. I have heartburn but not regularly. I suspect it is related to unknown food allergies .

I have cleaned up my diet alot over the past few years, exercise daily, and do meditation. I have started the Bowel Cleanse and Liver Flushes and am better in some ways. I get now these attacks when I am lying down at night. They don't happen often, but when they do, it is scary. First I get a back ache that feels like an internal burning. It doesn't feel like muscle aches, but more like bronchitis does only its in the center line of my whole back. I wake up feeling a hotness in my chest that radiates out to my whole body. I then get a rapid pulse. This makes me very scared. The last time I got it my throat and tongue also burned and I got very confused and didn't know what was happening to me. I took some Pepto Bismol and felt somewhat better.

Am I having a detox reaction or is this a food allergy ? Is there anything I should be doing?
Thanks,
Muttgirl
