I know that I am looking at this letter out of turn but I guess I needed a thank you.
WOW! what a wonderful letter.
Lisa, don't worry about vegetarism, vegan, total, strict, this is not a competition. You are doing great, you are GREAT! Just keep moving forward in your wonderful healing journey and your life will be wonderful.
When you say you pick up my book everyday, so do I. I am still in process and still working on following my own 20 steps every day. If the book you are referring to is not my Common Sense Health and Healing book let me know and I will send you one.
It is obvious that we both think very much alike and your comments about my comments are wonderful. I can tell that you have really heard and UNDERSTAND my message.
