re: rheumatoid arthritis

had a bloodtest said r h factor was 221
have constant pain and swelling in the wrists and large joints of the hand, elbows, and ankles and feet.
had another bloodtest and said it was in the normal range
what do you suggest to releive the swelling and pain that i have been having since december 2002.
