testicular cancer

hi Dr. Schluze, i'm a bit concerned here. i discovered a tiny lump on my testicle, about the size of a grain of sand. I've read that most testicular lumps are not cancer. I found this lump about 3.5 weeks ago, and it doesn't seem to be growing. But i want to take action right now just incase it is cancerous. I have no idea how long a man can live with test. cancer without treatment, but i want to try natural healing instead of getting surgeries and chemotherapy. I'm debating whether i should go to the doctor right now(i'd like to wait about 2 more weeks to see if the lump changes in size). Can you give me some advice and direction please? Tweet
