Urgent! Stomach ailments

Hello,
I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago. I was also told I had an ulcer about 10 years ago. So here's my problem...
Every so often (about once per week) I get some horrible pains in my stomach, in the area that my gallbladder used to be. The pain is like a sharp stabbing pain in that area, and up into my shoulder and back. The pain gets really intense and I can't take any medications for it. There's my second problem... when I take any medications, my stomach really bothers me right below the ribcage in the middle of my stomach (make sense?). The pain there is like a burning, dull ache that winds up hurting all through my back as well. Last year I wound up in the hospital for a few hours because I took one Extra Strength Tylenol and couldn't stop vomitting, my stomach was contracting, couldn't catch my breath....
I've been for ultrasounds, bloodwork, etc... and these doctors tell me everything looks normal. If it's so normal, why am I suffering so badly?! I'm in my early 30's, and am not taking any medications. Please help!
B
