Your insecurity may be seen by the 'all caps' you used. You may be still suffering due to the past history of weight issues. This may still be a major issue as you said that you have lost 'most' of it. What does most mean? Lose more weight. Keep on the program and do it in a healthy way - lots of juice and SuperFood in, stay away from what makes you fat. Simple.
Skip all the Atkins, Zone, etc. Stop eating when full.
Move your body! Nothing moves your emotions upward like a great movement program.
Plagued? Work on postive affirmations. Get on a great vegan diet program.
I worked my patients' asses off and they cried, laughed and felt better. Get in and do hot cold showers. Ice cold water will get you going!
Everybody should be doing this!
Brain tonic. If you are not having sweet thoughts - you need to move blood to the brain. Even MDs realize that more blood to the brain will make you less depressed.
