ask Dr. Richard Schulze--r.e. Kidney Disease

I have been so grateful to you for your courage and work to help others ever since I heard of you several years ago. I constantly tell others of you and share your numbers with people. I have a question that I sincerely hope you will answer. My mother is very ill with kidney disease; her kidneys were initially damaged by taking Motrin for years for arthritis. They are currently functioning at 20% and they are suggesting kidney transplant or dialyasis soon. A newsletter you published a while back recently about kidney disease motivated her more than all my words put together over 25 years. I think it was the picture of the woman tied to the dyalasis machine. They say a picture is worth a thousand words (or ten of thousands of mine apparently). She ordered several products from you. My question is:
since cleansing the elimination channels will produce so many toxins from 74 years of bad eating and the toxic metals from the results of stepping on a land mine in World War ll and having much shrapnel inbedded in her bones, etc, could her weakened kidneys be overwhelmed with all the toxins being released? What about them telling her to only drink two glasses of fluids versus the gallon or so the "incureable program" recommends? I know you said your patients had to "earn the right to a cleanse." How should she proceed--to first build her kidneys somehow with intestinal cleanse # one, superfood, and echinacea plus before doing juice fasting and other incurable program components? Are there any other dietary, herbal, or other treatments to rebuild her kidneys up also, first? Have you ever heard of using cedar berries (Juniperus monsperma) for the kidneys to rebuild them (in conjunction with a lifestyle change). A well known herbal company that I heard wasn't too bad as far as the herbs being organic/wild crafted and tasting like the initial herbs had told me of cedar berries, but now noone there remembers telling me that. I know, of course, and believe that your formulas are the most potent on the market--bar none. Should formulas like the kidney-bladder tincture that contain juniper berries be only used short-term or occassionally? I heard juniper berries could be toxic if used too long. If this is so, how long is safe? And how much fluids might be safe? Or should she just plunge into the incurable program as it is describes right away? She also has no energy and frequent fevers, but I assume the fevers are good, correct? I am so grateful for your response.
So in summary,
1. How to procede in regards to juice fasting & incureables?

2. Should fluids be restricted?

3. What can rebuild the kidneys to enable them to better
handle toxins and function better?
4. Can cedar berries help rebuild kidneys? Is parsley root
good and for what? Any special juices or juice blends?

5. How long can juniper berry formulas be safely taken?
Are the kidney patients fevers enhancing the immune
system? Would saunas assist the body in eliminating
toxins? Are they dangerous and should they be taken
diaphoretic herbs or without?
Thank you so much1
