Mantle-Cell Lymphoma

My father is suffering from mantle-cell lymphoma. It is a variety of Non-Hogkins Lymphoma. It is the fastest growing kind of lymphoma and is very difficult to treat because it is caused by two chromosomes being transposed. It will always come back after treatment and always sooner the next time. My question is: Do you know how to treat it? If so, what would be your reccomendation?
