Re: What settles a jumpy stomach ??

Dear Jani, April 21, 2003

The three greatest Digestive herbs on this planet are Peppermint Leaf, Ginger Root or Rhizome and Fennel Seed. You will find all three of them in my Digestive Tonic Formula.

The essential oils in peppermint do so many wonderful things for your stomach and intestines but for you they will be a sedative and antispasmodic stopping the jumping.
Also the Ginger Root is the absolute best for nausea.

This formula is wonderful for nausea, digestive cramps, colic, indigestion, heartburn, acid indigestion, try it, it is a miracle of nature.

I suggest 2 complete droppersful in about an ounce of water, knock it back, you will be amazed.

If you like, put about 10 to 20 droppersful into a 1 liter bottle of water and take it with you and sip on it throughout your day. This is a great way to get your herbal medicine in and will help your digestion all day long.

I also have to add that you may need to change your food program or at least some items you eat. Also look to see if you eat any really bad food combinations like fruit and just about anything else. Fruit is best eaten alone, early in the morning and later in the evening.

Stay Healthy
