Incurable: Fibro, Major Migraines, TOS, and Spinal Cord Disease/Injury & Osteoporosis AGE 27

I am 27 years old. I have so many medical problems that I've pretty much given up. I was very healthy and normal until four years ago (except for major migraines) when I experienced a major spinal cord injury from heavy lifting,......and my back has been deteriorating since.

Incurable??: Fibro, Major Migraines (5 days of 7 since I was age 13), TOS, and Spinal Cord Disease/Injury & Osteoporosis.

I live in the Southern California (Studio City area),....I'am seking a referral or a natural plan to alleviate my major PAINS !!
Please, can you help me or suggest something?
