Oh!

We've got a flat screen & printer...That essay looks like it's not printer friendly...? I spoze could just try it....
I've known about Weston Price's research for 25 yrs. I happened upon him when reading a very forgetable book that made constant references to his work. This was before the days of computers so I had to go to Kroch's & Brentano's in downtown Chicago to order it. So it was not readily available. That was a great bookstore. was. I'm not sure when they folded but I'm sure that it was at least partially because of the chains...sigh....
I've found that any knowledge worth having I've gotta dig for...
The more I think about your allegation that Price's research was suppressed the more I agree with you. I will research more on that...I find it hard to believe that he was a willing participant in that suppression. "Nutrition..." is a huge work and obviously a labor of love. I'm sure that the sad fact is that there was just no $ to be made.
There is a lot of printed matter that your loved ones might find interesting. The most "alternative ignorant" friendly publication that I can think of is Utne Reader. It's bi-monthly, entertaining and serious. It's kind of the readers digest of the alternative press & a good introduction.
Anyway, gotta go..thanks so much! :)
