Prill in Poland Spring Water

Do you put prill beads (or other energy beads) in your tap water, bottled water, filtered water, or reverse osmosis water? Will it clean the water? My area has a high cancer rate and very bad water. Its just polluted and chemically. We usually buy distilled water or Poland Spring water in bottles from the Supermarket, Like 30 a week. Its not the best situation, so I am trying to figure out an easier way to attain good quality water. My family is afraid no filter can filter our bad tap water.
