I have recently have been diagnosed with CAD coronary arterial disease, and high cholosterol.
The books that I have read and their recomended treatments mostly have to do with PREVENTING heart disease, and how it's a progresssive disease, which doesn't give me much hope.
My question is "Is there anything out there that slows down, stops, or reverses this process?"
second part: if cholosterol acmalation is the result of injury to the internal walls of the coronary artery, and if I do not smoke, then what is the insult, and how can I determine it and how can I stop this CONTINUED INSULT?
Some one please help me, my faith and hope is wearing thin.
