Don't Stop!
Your body is doing what it is supposed to do.
You are sick because your body is trying to get out all the toxins you have put in it and on it for years.
Would you rather quit the fast and go back to what you thought was feeling "normal"
and very slowly keep loading up with toxins and have more and more ailments?
I am on my 8th day of my first MC. I have lost 9 pounds so far. I feel very good.
During the first week I have noticed my arms are thinner, my skin is looser all over, and my butt is getting smaller!
Of course my tongue is coated white, but I know that my body still needs more MC.
Please don't stop until your body has given you the "ALL CLEAR" sign of a uncoated pink tongue.
And then after that, GO ORGANIC.
After going through this fast (all the trips to the bathroom, all the lemons you juiced, all the meals you passed up,
all the SALT WATER Flushes) why would you want to fill your body up quickly with chemicals again so you will have
to do this Master-Cleanse again so soon?
Set aside 30 minutes each night to reread the MC, so that it becomes a habit.
This fast is very simple; the hard part is not eating. I am still fixing meals for the rest of my family,
just not tasting them.
I cannot tell you enough how important praying to God is.
Anytime you need strength to get through the day, Pray. And every night be thankful.
Your body is a temple to Him, treat it with respect.
Read the Bible, how we should eat is all there.
