I was told some time ago the dark rings were nutritional deficiency, so thats were I got that idea.
I ate some yams and green veggies with stir fry beef today to see if tha might recharge me.
I have been working out several hours a day since last week - laid off and nothing better to do. In fact I am down 10 more lbs as of this mornings weigh in! 250 from 300.
I shaved my beard last week - just cause I was tired of it - and also got my new contact lenses. I met some people for lunch today - who hadn't seen me for a while - and they didn't recognize me!
