I have used FOOD-GRADE and industrial-grade more than six years. It is true that hydrogen peroxide can heal many ailments. 35% Hydrogen Peroxide is used world wide in municipal water supplies instead of chlorine to disinfect and stop the growth of unwanted organisms.
I also use concentrated solution (35%) (easy for storage) and I must dilute it down to <3% before use.
