your are thinking too much if not to say worry too much about all.
and you are looking for reasons for your ill feeling outside of yourself its seems.
read my post about the sixth rite earlier in this forum it may give you some ideas.
the five tibetan rites done regularly will bring benefits and to some even unimaginable one however if you don't do them regulary you will only get some benefits but i doubt that they will harm us even if done irregular in the end its mainly what you make out of it in your mind! think positive and they will change you accordingly and maybe the other way round as well i don;t know.
why don't you just start doing the five again and try as much as possible to do at least a few every day that is better than no exercise at all.
