Re: Confused! Advice please

No I haven't received any benefits because I stopped doing them! lol. About a year ago I started to do them but then I stopped. I think they became too much for me because I was increasing the repetitions by two each week, as the book says. But frankly, I think for some people, like me, that is just too much. I am going to start them again though, because then I started doing yoga, but now I'm tired of doing yoga, so I thought I'd try the Five Tibetans again. Also, I think that by doing the yoga I sort of geared myself up to do the Tibetans. I started my Tibetans routine last night and by golly, this time I'm going to stick with it! Doing the yoga took about an hour and it shouldn't take as long as that to do the Five Tibetans, even after I've worked up to 21 reps! Please let us know how you're doing.
