Dear Mr Kilham,

this is quite interesting :) If you don't mind me asking, what is your motivation for staying on the toes throughout the exercise apart from the fact that Mr. Kelder apparently did it this way? And what are the benefits to be had from this compared to the more common way of doing it with your feet flat on the ground during part of the exercise?
