I am new to this forum. I need assistance in understanding how to correctly do the first excercise. When I was reading the book it seams as if you start with looking straight ahead and then turn to the right. Do you then spin back to the front standing position or do you go all the way over to the left. Also can you practice a breathing technique when you do this . Inhale as you turn to the right , exhale as you return to front position. Again should you do this turning ( spinning ) quickly like 1 sec or can you take time as if you were doing yoga 2-3 sec. to right 2-3 sec. back.
