I just started doing the tibetans yesterday. I noticed that it seemed I couldn't sit still all day, I sort still felt tired (which I do most of the time) but was just kind of hyper. I did get more accoplished yesterday that I usually do.
Also, Though I usually sleep till 8 - 9am, I woke up at 6am this morning and just couldn't get back to sleep.
I am wondering if this is just a fluke or if anyone else has expericed something like this, this early on.
