Headaches

Although the rites seem to greatly ease my usual "blocked" nose sensation and lots of sneezing (even when I am not suffering from a cold or a runny nose), I have been having more headaches over the last 2 days, especially on the forehead around the sinuses area. Has anyone experienced this? Could this be part of the "cleaning" process?
Apart from this, energy level is really great !
