The Sixth Tibetan I believe is...legs flat, shoulder width apart, bend over at the waist and exhale all your breath...then stand straight up, roll your shoulders back, and raise your chest and hold your breath as long as you can, being concious of raising your energy from your groin area to the chakra above your head...when you do breathe, breathe deeply making sure to fill not only your lungs, but your diaphram area...only repeat this exercise twice...
This does quell sexual desire, but in no way inhibits lovemaking...it like takes the edge off it, so that you are more relaxed and not so desparate to get your "O" fix....
