Hi folks! I've been doing the rituals for almost 4 weeks (starting with 3 repetitions per ritual) and I absolutely love the results. I feel more energetic, optimistic, self-assured, peaceful, joyous and much, much more. It is the most comfortable excercise routine I ever came across (I hate regular excercising) and I find that, as long as I do them with pleasure and without forcing myself, I can do them for as long as I can.
