While I have not seen the long term results yet. In the two months I have been doing the exercises properly, I have re-shaped my body and feel better and more energetic all the time. Additionally, my head is not as clogged with sinus or cold nasal drip as before, and my joints in my body no longer hurt.
I can not wait to see the long term results, I am curious about the answer to your question as well from someone who may have done these exercises over a period of years...
