Anyway, this is great. Who else out there practices the Five Tibetans? Also known as the 5 Tibetan Rites or Rituals. There are at least 2 or 3 different books written on this, one of which is called "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth".
I have been doing this on and off for a few years, but continuously for several months. I just reached 21 reps this week, while fasting on The Master Cleanse (lemonade diet). I do my practice each morning upon rising, and include 5 or 6 other asanas/streches in between the specific 5 Tibetan forms. I find this to be very good for my overall well being, and recommend it highly!
