I think if you can't talk about your sexual abuse you could write a letter to your parents. A letter gives you time to compose your message and it also can act like a journal. It unburdens you just to write it let alone send it. But if you don't tell someone you will pop your cork.

Please write this letter and then send copies of it to those who should know.
