I was raised in a politically conservative religious family. My brother was very much favored. Men have all the freedom, power and money. Women do all the dirty servile work and aren't supposed to have an opinion or think of themselves at all. Since I was 5, I always wondered why God hated women, and thought God didn't love me since He made me a woman. I always knew I wasn't inferior in any way, and didn't believe all that rhetoric they use to control women. If men were truly superior, they wouldn't seek to control others.

It gives me hope to think that the injustices of life will even out in heaven.:) Tweet
