Feces Smell Coming from Anal.

i have had this problem for 3 years,i dont how i got it or to get rid of it,i used to not smell at all before 3 years ago.i smell like poop everyday,everytime i go to the bathroom or if i play sports and sweet alot i will smell like poop,and it comes from my butt,Could it be that there is something wrong with my Anal Glands,like there not controling the smell.
This smell ruins everyhing,i cant go no where when i semll like this,im only 21.
